Youth Spiritual Counseling at SRVIC with Shaykh Hassan

“Spiritual counseling goes beyond traditional forms of psychotherapy by tapping into the importance of religion or spirituality within a person’s life. It aims to integrate standard therapy techniques with religious/spiritual practices and wisdom. Spiritual counseling can help people cope with a wide range of disorders and challenges, such as: anxiety, low self-esteem and more. Beyond specific disorders, spiritual counseling can help to promote personal growth. It may be useful if you feel that you have become spiritually disconnected or if you’re unsure about the role that you want religion to play in your life.” [Taken from thrivetalk.com]
