Free COVID-19 Testing

Assalamualaikum Dear Community,

Due to the recent surge in Covid-19 cases, we are working with KindlyTest Lab to offer free Covid-19 PCR tests.. This provides an excellent opportunity for our community to get tested more frequently. This is not a requirement to attend SRVIC events, however it is highly encouraged for those who are regular attendees, students and staff to utilize this service every week.

Please complete this Form for each interested member of your family.

You will also need to: (This is Mandatory)

1) Bring a copy of your Drivers license.

2) Bring a copy of your Medical Insurance. This service is free if you do not have one.

3) Bring a copy of the The Test Order Form attached in the regsitration link.

4) Arrive on time as specified on SRVIC Website.

Upon Arrival, We are asking that you and your family remain in your vehicle until you are called upon. Please park in designated Parking bays and await further instruction from our Staff. 

Due to delays in processing time at Nova Diagnostic Labs , we will now be working with Kindlytest lab instead, for expedited processing. PCR test results are expected in about 48 hours.
