Free COVID-19 Testing at SRVIC

Assalamualaikum Dear Community,

Due to the recent increase in Covid cases , we have Free Covid PCR tests offered by Nova diagnostics lab. This provides an excellent opportunity to get tested more frequently. It is not a requirement to attend SRVIC events, however it is highly encouraged for those who are regular attendees, students and staff to utilize this service every week. Kindly fill out this form to reserve your spot.


Here are more details:

1) Registration is Mandatory. 
2) Please arrive on time.
3) All tests will take place on Saturday, unless otherwise notified.
4) Self test kits are to be administered by yourself. SRVIC staff will be present to assist.
5) Results will be emailed to you directly from the lab within 48-72 hours
